I lived there for nearly a year. The caretaker name is Pam, and she yells at the weak older seniors, and is vindictive and controlling. She is an old bully and has made some of the older people cry. She has an abusive manner and when she confronted me she said negative racial slurs, pointed her finger in my face, and lied to Dave the manager, I got a 3 day notice to move, Pam said I threatened he. Dave did not bother to hear my side, of what happened, as Pam lied.. Dave took me to court, dropped the charges of me threatening Pam, and I was evicted from my apartment within 2 weeks. I have court documents to substantiate my interaction with them.
