Incompetent management. Owner is not truthful. Does not provide the services she promises. Some staff are competent; some are not. Don't trust that your loved one will receive consistently high quality care. Food is NOT nutritious or homemade; e.g., pre-made, heavily processed grocery store boxed dinners, soup from a can, vegetables and fruit from a can.

Absolutely! My loved one could eat anything they wanted!
