They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
