Didn't go in the office. There was lots of available parking at their office. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. There is no way I would ever recommend this place to anyone. During tour at least 4 residents encountered complained about the food. Found the sales counselor to be pushy, insincere. Tiny apartments.
