When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They have had trouble keeping they'er better more skilled employees that seemed to care and go above and beyond the call of duty.
