They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Every time I come in to see my loved one I see that the things that are in the care plan are not being done. It's very frustrating and when I talk to the administrator it does no good. There is NO FOLLOW UP on my concerns. IF phone calls are returned it is much later (2 to 3 days) and some medical issues have not been addressed in a timely manner due to this. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. If you care about your loved one, do not consider this facility. They are all talk and make a great first impression, but once you move your loved one in, they do not do what is promised during their initial marketing presentation.
