It was great to get and see my mother today. She was so excited to see me and my fiancé. We also had her take a little walk around her section. Then we sat and talked for nearly an hour.
Thank you to the staff at Putnam Ridge! I’m greeted by Sue’s smiling face when I arrive. The floor staff is attentive and informs me of my Mother’s Day. Thanks for doing what I can’t, and I get to spend quality time.
Thanks Putnam Ridge Families and staff for a fun afternoon in the Apple wing! An engaging afternoon of Holiday activities and crafts🎄. It was so nice to see the residents and their families enjoying some time together 😀. Sharing stories for our own little community!
Thank you to the staff at putnam ridge! It was petting zoo day! My mom is not an animal person but she tolerated petting the baby goats this afternoon. Thanks Putnam Ridge for a fun afternoon! There is no perfect facility. But for our mom you check if 2 important boxes. Clean and content.
My mother was recently admitted to the Memory Care unit at Putnam Ridge. I am still coping with this huge transition. On each visit, I am comforted by the bright, clean and positive environment. The staff are all very helpful and very kind. I guess the best recommendation is that, on my second visit, my mother, herself, said, "Margaret, I don't think they could do anything better here. Someone is always here to help if you need it. And, the food is wonderful." I love my mother and I'm resting easier knowing she is safe and well cared for.
Reception was friendly and thorough. The facility was clean and relatively quiet. My friend seemed comfortable and well cared for. I don’t have an opinion about the physical therapy, but I am hopeful that what is offered will eventually result in him becoming fully functional again.
Thank You to the hard working staff 💕 Mom was all smiles today. The nursing staff took time out of her day to personally speak with me and relay her progress.

Staff was friendly and courteous to the residents. Someone who serves 405-A had given Mary Caryl Fairbank a lovely shower--her hair was very clean and easy to brush. The only problem is that the volume of the television in 405B is so great. It's an awful lot of work when there's a diaper leak to clean up, and I am glad that there was a new set of sheets coming in as I was leaving. Mary Caryl was also going to be taken to the bathroom before dinner. All good. Keep up the good work!
On behalf of Thomas Hynes and his family, we would like to thank the entire staff at Putnam Ridge for the exemplary work and care received during my approx. 2-week stay at your facility. At what is a traumatic and scary time in a patient's recovery, everyone was very comforting and reassuring, and we couldn't be more thankful for that. We have many that we want to thank but didn't get their names, but the few that stand out are Tiffany and Shana, part of the PT program, and my nurses Naomi, David, and Robyn. We cannot thank these individuals enough for everything they did for not only myself but my family as well. We wish we had everyone's name because everyone was great and we do not know where to begin to thank you all. We are forever grateful to everyone who helped us through a tough time for our family. We wish you all a wonderful holiday season, and you will always be in our thoughts for all you have done. With sincere gratitude, Thomas Hynes and the entire Hynes family
