The facility was clean and quiet. And the most important thing was that my friend seemed comfortable and well cared for. He is recovering and I was happy to see him.

My visit to Putnum Ridge was great. Reception was friendly and thorough. The facility was clean and relatively quiet. The most important thing is that my friend was very comfortable and well cared for. I was happy to see she was satisfied.

My mother was admitted to the Memory Care Unit at Putnam Ridge and now it's been almost an year. I continue to believe that, since this unfortunate decision had to be made, I couldn't ask for more from a facility when it comes to my mother's care. On each visit, I've found my mother to be clean, content and well cared for. The facility is very clean, the staff are pleasant and professional, always engaging appropriately with the residents. I would also like to praise the hairdresser retained by the facility. She is very compassionate and does an outstanding job.

They had music at 6:30 at night it was nice to be able to go after work and see not only my mother but the other residents having a great time.! I'd like to give a shout out to Jeff who made the night a lot of fun.

It was great to get and see my mother today. She was so excited to see me and my fiancé. We also had her take a little walk around her section. Then we sat and talked for nearly an hour.
