They made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with...especially Andrew at the front desk and Dr. Pisano. They were so warm and professional every step of the way, and made the whole experience that much better...which is crucial when you are coming in for an emergency. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate...they're right off the LIE's Service Rd. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return if I ever have another emergency. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they give advice that would benefit me the most. Their office was presentable and clean. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. The restrooms were clean. The temperature in the office was comfortable.
