It takes a long time to obtain an appointment. and if you do not have whatever documents you need, they turn you away and tell you you will need to wait until 100 patients to obtain a new appointment because they have so many patients. So I lost my appointment. They also do not want you to call to make an appointment, they want you to go there in person and you have to wait for a long time just to schedule an appointment. Finally, the front desk staff is not friendly. I have depression and when I was in line waiting to be helped, they are not friendly and in a rude way ask you what do you need or what are you there for. I feel very unwelcomed here and so many patients as well but they are not able to get on a computer to post their reviews or this place would have o or 1 star. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. However, once you are able to see a doctor, the doctors are very nice. I just wish the staff was more welcoming and made the process more smooth.
