I am a regular client at Plantation Animal Hospital, and I have 3 cats and 1 dog. Last night my cat started urinating blood, she happens to not be the friendliest cat. The vet was unable to even remove the cat from the cage and she didnt even receive an exam. I understood and still paid the emergency fee, however the vet charged me a disposal fee that was unnecessary because the cat never touched anything besides the cage I brought. Also when I was given the total I asked about the cost of meds and was LIED to until the charge was through and it was too late. They over charged me for the pain medication and when I asked for a cheaper antibiotic alternative, like filling it at a human walgreens they said that it would be the same price (50$) which I found out would have been FREE at publix. Also the vet could not answer any of my questions, seemed inexperienced and the vet tech was rude and hung up on me when I called the following day to ask about the disposal fee, this was after she proceeded to put me on hold and thought I couldn't hear her talk about me in a rude manner. I would rather drive 40 mins to boca then ever give these thieves my money!

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
