It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. There is always issues with scheduling! It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. The groomer is extremely rude and customer service throughout the clinic is hideoues.
