Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average. Not super deluxe but not horribly uncomfortable either. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.
