They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
