It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
