Back in the day, when Doc Wy had only a small used truck and did lg. animals, he was VERY good-to the point and helped you to learn how to help your own critters on a budget. As they expanded into small animals he was still good, but the other vets he had with him, not so much. Recently they sucked close to $600-$800 ish dollars from us trying to take care of a very sick rescue dog 1 year old on a very fixed income. The surgery would have been $800.00 but they would rather us come in every other week and drop a couple hundred for NO SOLUTION. The second cath did something to our pup that killed him. But they were nice enough to put him down for free after he suffered in agony after what they did and just charge us ANOTHER $35.00 to dispose of him. You be the judge. We will probably keep using them, as once apon a long time ago they went above and beyond with one of our dogs and Doc Wy is a good to the point and usually friendly vet. But this time around, SORELY disappointing, the life COULD have been saved. I am pretty sure a tech and not a vet did the last killing cath. Things happen, dogs and cats and horses die, but I really think we were taken advantage of this go round. They should have just made a payment plan with us done the surgery instead of wallet raping us each time we stepped through the door. ESPECIALLY with established clients.

Beware! If you want your pet taken care of , don't use this clinic !!! They will rip you off , Doc y is most likely drunk , and a untrained technician will most like do surgery on your pet ! Beware find another vet to care for your pet !!!!!

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
