When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

Yes, I thought it was fair
Was your pet anxious to leave this veterinarian's office?
Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.
Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Yes, they were spotless

We arrived with 2 of our Pit bulls was told not to even get comfortable in the waiting room and don't bother sitting down, and they escorted us straight into the X-Ray room with no chairs to sit or anything. They stepped out and brought us 2 muzzles in and asked us to muzzle our Dogs because the Vet does not like Pit bulls that much and just prefer if this breed be muzzled. Then when the Vet came in to give them their shots he told my husband to tuck their head in a grip so they could not snap.They did not even ask if they are friendly or anything. My Dogs are saints and love Vets. We just needed Rabies shots since our other Vet was closed on Vacation. Then we where told to not bring the Dogs into the desk area to pay but take them straight out to the Car and then come back in and pay since this way they do not come in contact with other Dogs in the waiting room. Then another time,Then went in with a friend with a little Yorkie mix and my friend was pushed out of the way and they ripped the leash out of his hands and told him they would rather hold the dogs themselves for safety reasons, and wrapped the leash around his little muzzle and then gave them $200 worth of meds for nothing for a condition the Dog did not even have. I told them I run a Rescue and I know what that is and they just said good for u and walked us out. Needless to say they took the Dog to the Vet I suggested and now the Dog is healthy again. And they labeled my friends Yorkie mix as a Fear aggressive because he did not like the leash wrapped around his little muzzle.
