We have always had wonderful care from the doctors and staff whenever we have needed to take one of our cats in for health problems. They took the time to explain what was wrong and the treatment they were going to give and how much it will cost. Three of our cats were really sick and they helped them to be healthy again. Dr. Lomax and Dr. Cianelli are wonderful and caring doctors.

The only thing they are worried about is money! If you go here, do not see either one of the female vets, I was highly digusted with the care I have recieved from the both of them. The only one who has any sense and can at leaSt tell you what's going on with your dog is dr lomax.

More concern for their pocket book than for the best interests of my pets. They revacinated by adult dog stating that they do not reconize vacinnes given by breeders (even though the lable from the vial was provided). They dewormed my adult dog even though the fecal was negative. I went in for a well visit and came out $800 poorer. Don't bother to go unless you are wealthy.

They never suggestd that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The examining rooms at Festival Veterinary Clinic's office were very clean. There were no bad smells and everything seemed sterile. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and are knowledgeable about each brand provided. Misdiagnosis is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care.
