Started taking my cat to them when she was little and LOVED them. In the last couple of years they have gone downhill. Do not come here. My cat has fallen ill after her annual shots. Running a fever and not eating or playing (for 2 weeks after the fact). They were rude and dismissive when I said the only thing that has happened is the vaccines.

They don't offer emergency after-hour services, but they do provide phone info for 24 hour animal hospital. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified & there was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the an appointment that works with my schedule.
