One of my deepest regrets on moving away from Ft Lauderdale was losing the connection to Dr Cox - she is the best veterinarian I have been priviledged to know, and I have spent my life in pet rescue and rehabilitation, so I have worked with many vets!
The following is a review generated by my responses to this survey, therefore not worded as I would have, but accurate, and I have to go care for the shelter pets, so I will let it stand...
I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
