I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. If I were in need of a kennel for my pet I would definitely take them here. The kennels and holding areas in their office were some of the cleanest I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

No, it was fine
Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

Not that I have seen
