They(the staff) didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. I was hoping that they would listen to what I was trying to explain,and ask Dr. Rosa about it if they had questions about my treatment. Dr. Rosa is excellent and listens to us. It is Crystal and Judy that seem rude and weird acting. I have overheard them complaining about others they work with and I have felt they are projecting whatever unpleasantness is going on there, onto their patients. This has happened to me 3 times in the past year. They really should leave their moodiness and personal opinions ( that are misinformed ) at home. It interferes with my health and well-being when they jump to judgement before they have heard what I am trying to tell them. It took too many calls and too much time to get a simple thing done. I am just trying to do as my doctor instructed me to do at my last appointment. I realize they are busy and are probably just going by whatever may have been written on charts, but, I know what my doctor told me.
At my first appointment a couple of years ago , Crystal snapped at me and I was taken aback. The next time she was quite nice, so, I just thought maybe she was having a bad day, the first time. Judy is always very short with me on the phone. It makes me have a bad day, too, when you run into attitudes while just trying to do your errands and get things done.
