Well, in the exam room I was told if I agreed to a $60 treatment, I was also offered a free collar. I said yes.

Once I leave the exam room, and I am at checkout and am ready to use my "Free exam" coupon, I am told that the doctor "suddenly changed his mind" on my pets treatment, scribbled NEW instructions for me on a piece of paper, and charged $110 instead. Also, the collar was NOT free.

I'll leave it at that. 2 stars is being generous.

Does this veterinarian offer emergency after-hour services?
Never! It's hard enough getting them to see me during regular business hours
