I used this office for ER purposes when my primary care vet completely dropped the ball on my pup. So far so good even though it has only been two weeks. I continue to see internal medicine there for my pups condition and I am considering staying for primary care. The only thing I do not care for is that they take your animal away to do blood work and things of that nature. I would like for all care to be done in front of me instead of behind closed doors when possible. So far my pup is improving from being very very sick.

We brought our 10 lb Jack Russel Terrier to this vet because she was vomiting and disinterested in food. The response from the vet was to give her canned food. He brought some canned food into the room and she scarfed it down (a. she hadn't been eating very well so OF COURSE she would eat the canned food, b. she NEVER had canned food before, so OF COURSE she liked it). His smirk was relentless and I cannot even phathom how this man is running a veterinary clinic. He has TERRIBLE manners with animals, doesn't know how to hold them or make them feel comfortable. It turned out that my dog had a piece of a rope toy stuck in her intesting and she ended up needing emergency surgery - Obviously from a different place as I will NEVER go back to this establishment unless it is a true emergency and NO ONE ELSE IS AVAILABLE! My dog almost died because this man didn't pay attention to what we were telling him and all he cared about was the fact that she liked the canned food. Give me a break. I'm an extremely dissatisfied customer. I would NOT recomment this place to anyone. If you want your pet to be healthy and get better, DO NOT go there.

I am a veteran with severe PTSD, when my dog was hot by a car not only did my dog need emergency assistance, but I was hysterical! He staff was just as caring and accommodating with me as they were with my dog. But most importantly they're professional and thorough attention and follow through with my dogs care made me feel safe and confident that my dog was getting absolutely the best care possible. The facilities are clean and comfortable, and every single staff member, right down to the person cleaning was so very kind and loving with the animals. You can tell that the management fosters a nurturing and caring approach to animal health care. Thank you so much, for being so good at what you do! It makes more of a difference than words can even describe.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

They are awesome!!! They made sure my Charlee girl was well taken care of and kept us informed of her progress!!! I am so happy that I trusted them with my dog....I am VERY happy with them and if the need ever rises, I would use them in a second!! Thank you Kennedy Rd. Veterinary Clinic!!!

They were very misinformative. I have been bringing my animals here for years. When I called to bring my dog in to get spayed I asked for an estimate. My first time owning a female dog. I was put on hold by receptionist she came back and said $298.00. I brought my dog in on Thursday called in afternoon they said she was doing well and recovering no one ever called me. I picked her up Friday after work my bill was $518.00. When I asked why so much higher in price the nurse informed me my dog had endometriosis procedure took longer. If I had not asked I would never have been told. No one ever once called very diappointed in the lack of communication.
