Our dog died within 36 hours of being sedated here for a toe nail issue. Her neck was bloated up with blood from being stuck with needles and bleeding to death by an unqualified vet. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE UNLESS ITS A MINOR THING LIKE A SHOT OR NAIL CLIPPING. Go to a pet HOSPITAL INSTEAD!!!!

My husband and I have brought our pups to Dr. E. Quinn Flenniken since we moved to Colorado Springs. We are impressed with the care, concern, compassion, service and dedication to help with comfort and healing. We now have only one dog that requires medical care frequently. Dr.Flenniken always takes the time and listens carefully with understanding. We also are blessed to have the whole staff show professionalism and care for us and our pup. Thankyou for all that you show and do for us.

Where to start. I would give this place no stars if I could. My dog went in for an operation to remove a growth on his neck. When we picked him up it looked like they had cut his neck off. I have never in my like seen such a terrible job. Drainage took days to stop. Then a few days after that he started losing hair on his leg. Looked like mange. Took him back and found out they had burned him during the operation. Of course they tried to blame us at first until they admitted it was them. Miracle he is still alive. Reading all these five star ratings makes me laugh.

I wish i could give 6 stars. We are new to the area and I needed to find a vet for my 6 year old rott mix because he needs regular expression of his glands. We went to briargate vet clinic after scheduling the appointment with a vet tech there. The tech discovered an issue and brought in the vet to do the expression. The vet then came out to me and sat with me explaining my dog needed surgery and discussed his med history and plan of action for over 15 minutes.. They only charged me for a vet tech appointment A week later he had his surgery to remove a rectal tumor. I was an emotional wreck (on the inside). The vet explained everything and answered all my questions with kindness and expertise. He went over a detailed care plan and my dog had a successful surgery. They charged me much less than I had expected and included meds, bloodwork, anesthesia, biopsy, and the surgery. After the initial shock wore off that my dog was home safe, I noticed they also trimmed his nails and brushed his teeth while he was under (free of charge). We are still waiting to hear the biopsy results but I know that if it's cancer, my dog is in great hands and I am blessed to have found such an amazing vet clinic...truly blessed
