If I were in need of a kennel for my pet I would definitely take them here. The kennels and holding areas in their office were some of the cleanest I have ever seen. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. Things went okay during my pet's appointment, but they could have gone a lot better. I wasn't completely satisfied with the services, but not unhappy either. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
