The staff were professional, taking the extra step by giving attention to the "Furry" clients and greeting the owners from the waiting room throughout the visit Thank you!

Prices were okay but the place was dirty and extremely crowded. No one was there for an emergency (I asked) they obviously just over-book and do not care about anything but getting as many people in as possible. I waited almost 2 hours for annual vaccinations. Most of the techs and Dr. were nice enough despite being very busy except the girl in charge the only one not in scrubs at the counter was extremely rude to her fellow employees the entire day and then to the pharmacy girl counting my pills when I was being rung up. I felt horrible for them.

The staff is very polite once they acknowledge that you are there standing in front of them, we waited for about 4-5 minutes easily (very odd). The wait time was average, 5-10 minutes past scheduled time, typical. Dr was in and out, listened to concerns/issues and proceeded accordingly. We are very confident in his abilities and diagnosis. The total cost was inline with other offices. The place could use a thorough scrub down. Plenty of staff walking around, they appeared to be very chaotic in nature.

I've already told my friends and family about this affordable vet. The place is extremely busy, a testament to their service. The staff never stops. Despite the whirlwind of activity, each pet is taken care of with patience, compassion and a genuine love of the animals. They have the best prices on the west coast of Florida and a large selection of products to choose which is best for you and your pet. Dr. G and his office manager, Siobhan, never miss a beat. So happy I found this vet!!!
