Best vet ever! All of our dogs get the best care with Dr. Don Knepper. He and his staff are so good with our best friends. We tell everyone we know that they should go there.

My first experience with Dr. Knepper & his staff was when I took my sister there months ago with Gizzie, a female stray kitty & I now I bring my 2yr old male cat Whiskers to him. From the minute you walk in the door till you leave you are treated as 'family'. That in itself is a good feeling. The rooms are kept clean, sterile & not smelly like some vet offices. And you want to talk prices?! One word..REASONABLE!!!!! Check around, I dare ya, won't find them any better. 10 minutes after picking Whiskers up after surgery the stinker got his bandage off, I called up the office, no and's if or butts about it, they had me take Whiskers back, they re-dressed him & we were on our way within minutes. Would I recommend Dr. Knepper to anyone? YOU BET YA I WOULD!!!!!!!! Thank you Dr. Knepper & staff!

I used to take my puppy here, I went out of town so I skipped an appointment. When I came back , like 2 weeks later, I made one so when I got there they had no record of my appointment, even though they had sent me a reminder thru the mail. I was there waiting for them to find my information. I got tired of waiting so I left. Later that day they called to say sorry because my file was put in somebody else's file by mistake. They can't just lose my dogs vaccine record and our info good thing I always save my copies. Don't recommend them.

This sorry excuse for a Vet almost killed our family dog do to his own incompetence. Do not take your pet there. He will put your pets life in danger just to get you to come back for another visit. For example our puppy got into some D-Con and we took the puppy to him. He gave the puppy a vitamin K shot and did not bother to give us the vitamin pills for the puppy. After a week the puppy started bleeding through nose, gums and other areas. Well we called him and he couldn't see her right away. We called several other Vets who know what they are doing and they asked if we were giving her the pills and we told them that he did not give us pills. They all said we should have been giving the pills to give to the puppy daily. Well we took her back to Dr. Knepper and he was rude and unprofessional when asked about the pills. He didn't want to admit he messed up. He then charged us for a visit, a shot and the pills. Had he gave us the pills to begin with we would not have needed to go back to him. We would have payed for the pills but not the second visit or shot. Since we did not pay he attacks us by calling the humane society and reported us for animal abuse. When he is the one who is guilty and will be hearing from our lawyer. What a sorry excuse for a Vet. Do not take your animal to him as he clearly don't care. We will not be paying his bill due to his own error. Our lawyer has a vet of his own and they told him that he should have gave us the pills as well as other Vets whom our lawyer contacted. Sage is doing much better now that she has got the pills which she should have got the first time.
