This is hands down the best vet in the area!!

This is hands down the best vet in the area. I needed to get my three pound chihuahua spayed. She is my baby and I wanted the best veterinarian in Clearwater.

Being new to the area I didn't have a vet. So I started to research and found out that Dr. Carvajal and Amazon Animal Hospital were getting pretty high marks from some neighbors and friends i made .

I knew immediately he was the Vet for me. I made an appointment and all the staff is very nice and professional. Meeting Dr Carvajal for the first time was a great experience. He is very calm and is very experienced. He listens to what you have to say and will take the time that you need to answer all your questions. He knew I was worried and even took the time to show me a framed picture of another lady who owns a teacup chihuahua like mine and explained to me how picky she was and she also brings her dog there as well.

He is a person that genuinely cares. After getting blood work back my baby needed surgery asap as we thought she had an infection. Dr. Carvajal did the surgery ended up turning out successful and he did a terrific job.

If you need a vet please see Dr. Carvajal, he is the Best! I have a total of three pets all small teacup chihuahuas and will take them only to him. He does work on all size dogs, cats, and other pets. I totally trust him with their little life's and its hard to get my trust when it comes to my babies!!

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

I love how attentive they are at Amazon Animal Hospital. Even when Dr. Carvajal was notified that he had a personal phone call, he waited to take it later. His full attention was always on me and our 2 puppies and it made us feel special.
They always go above and beyond to help us with anything we need.
They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I love Amazon Animal Hospital and their staff!!

One thing I loved about Dr. Carvajal was that he definitely cared about our comfort, I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for our animals well-being. His advice is always spot on. Everyone in this community knows that Amazon Animal Hospital is the absolute best in the field. Thanks to their exceptional level of care that they always offer, my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives. My animals have never been misdiagnosed and I strongly recommend them to anyone who loves their furry friends.

Dr. Carvajal is incredible! I have taken my cat and my dog to him at different times when they were both gravely ill. I had tried a different animal hospital, but that other hospital's expensive tests had not turned up any answers and my pets were still very sick. The other hospital wanted to do more tests. But I took my pets to see Dr. Carvajal at Amazon and he had an ingenious solution for both my pets. Instead of more tests, he suggested a simple remedy to try first. My pets were cured!! This was on two separate occasions and two separate remedies, but both times Dr. Carvajal was able to go right to the core of the problem and fix it. Dr. Carvajal saved me lots of money and more importantly brought my two animals back from the brink of death. Dr. Carvajal was also very responsive to my emails as he continued to guide me in bringing my animals back to life. I've heard Dr. Carvajal described as Dr. Doolittle, but perhaps we should change it to Saint Doolittle.
I highly recommend Amazon Animal Hospital!!
