I've used these veterinarians for about 10 years. They are extremely caring and compassionate and highly trained individuals, dedicated to doing the best for our cats. When reading reviews from the "Anonymous" folks, please consider that there may always be some who are disgruntled or can't be satisfied no matter what the circumstances. if you want plush chairs, the fees will be higher to compensate for the overhead. It takes a lot to run a good clinic and in my opinion, this one has the cream of the crop of assistants and front desk staff, all well-trained and willing to help. Communication is the key. If you don't understand something, just ask for clarification. If you stand mute, they're (or anyone else) will assume you're understanding what's being said. These vets have helped us through some very sad times. The office is wonderful about following up with calls to check on our little patients once we get them home if they've had intense treatment and always reassure us to let them know if we need them. I've had a couple of after-hours real emergencies during all those years and each of them had good results from the dedicated doctor on call, never grumpy at having to leave family or sleep to treat my little guys when they needed it. All vets are too expensive from the consumer's point of view, but I think these are in line with most good clinics now. I wouldn't know, recently, because I wouldn't use any others. After relocating to Arkansas, I went through four vets before I found these and I hope they live long and prosper! My only complaint about this place is the same one I have about almost every clinic I've ever used and that is mixing dogs and cats. There again, the accommodations to separate the two species would probably drive up the costs, but I think all vets should consider separate or divided entrances and kennels when the animals have to be kept overnight. They're already stressed and when cats are not used to dog sounds, it stresses them more. That remark is not aimed solely at this clinic, but all clinics.

Dr Robyn and Dr Sara and Crystal have cared for our animals for 13 years and cared for them as if they were their own loved ones!! We even got a house call one time. I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution . I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
