They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always educate me on what's best for my pets and give me great advice on ways to help them live a long, healthy, and happy life. I'm thankful for all that they do.
Went in with a goat in labor and was told (IN ERROR) that Her pelvis was fused and that unless I could PAY $1000 TO TAKE THE GOAT HOME TO DIE! Another vet was able to deliver two of the 3 kids (baby goats) normal/vaginal birth. However 1 of the goats died in the 3 hours it took to get the other vet's help.
They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.
