Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. My mother was brought to Erlanger ER by ambulance a transfer from Erlanger in Pikeville.She had appendicitis,the RN at Pikeville told me a surgical team was waiting and she would go straight to surgery upon arrival in Chattanooga.Mom stayed in the ER for hours in pain,her appendix ruptured.She was taken to a room on fourth floor,when they came to take her to surgery it was discovered the arm band had the wrong name and birthdate.Mom is now in SICU.My family is very upset.
