The staff at Day-Mont often come across as exceedingly agitated and exasperated. Dealings with the front desk personnel, medical records staff, and behavioral health workers is frustrating, at best. Loads of red tape and lots of blaming others for shortcomings. Deeply unprofessional environment that make an already challenging situation even less pleasant. Hopefully Day-Mont will receive additional funding, because they give off the impression that they are pressed beyond capacity, just don't care, and as a result, the client truly suffers.
The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I felt immediately welcomed. They were friendly and made me feel at home.
