I have used them with multiple animals (cats) over the last 5.5 years. I have noticed that things are slowly going downhill here in some respects. On the one hand the vets are nice people, on the other hand they mostly do what they do with your animals in the back (which in my experience is unusual and stresses out several of my cats) and most of your interaction is with the vet tech. They have my friendliest animal labeled as dangerous animal. That cat is 14, has never met a stranger, and has never been a problem at the vet before. Not sure what the vet techs are doing that sets her off so. I could hear her yowling when she was in the back getting weighted (I was in the exam room). She has carried on like that for the last 1.5 years there (didn't use to). I asked to go with her and they would not let me do that.

The last visit they got my animals mixed up and so have the wrong information with the wrong animal. I am still not sure if they drew blood from the correct animal. As I said, things seem to have gone down hill there recently. Not sure why because the actual vets are as nice as they have always been and my impression is that the vets (have experience with two of them) are competent, care about animals, etc.

Prices are average for the area.

Generally, because there are multiple vets there you can get an apt in a timely manner.

Place seems clean, doesn't smell.

Generally speaking my animals (cats) have had good care here. I wish they'd examine them in the room with me rather than take them elsewhere to do so, especially since two of my cats get very stressed out at the vet and it would be easier on them if I had been the one to hold them down.

It can sometimes be hard to get advice over the phone about whether or not to bring in a sick animal and usually any of those conversations are mediated through the vet tech. While that is good for some things, vet techs are not vets.

There are cheaper vets and more expensive vets out there, I wish they were a bit cheaper than they are (they are above average when I was calling around but not the absolute high end). Their markup on things they sell makes much of that stuff more expensive than at a pet store.

Overall, because it is a multi vet practice, you are likely to be able to get apts in a reasonable time and they do have a walk in but leave your pet arrangement if they don't have apts and your pet is sick. Might take all day though for your pet to be seen and then the vet will call you to tell you what the deal is. The charge for that is the same as an office visit. Best to live detailed information though as they don't call you with questions - they call you after they see the animal.

DO NOT take your pet to this clinic!!!!! We have 2 elderly dogs who require daily prescription medication and special prescription food. Needless to say we spend quite a bit in a month's time on our pets. It was ALWAYS a hassle to get our pets prescriptions filled. It was always some bloodwork or test they would have to have before they would fill. I have had it confirmed by our new vet that these tests were not needed! They are taking advantage of people and ripping them off!!!! We were always treated like a number. The front desk staff is beyond rude!! We were turned away on two diferent occassions with sick dogs that needed to see a vet. We were told that all the vets were booked and that they were sorry. We ended up on both ocassions having to take them to an Emergency animal hospital. Finally after a year and a half we had enough and switched to a wonderful vet whose prices are half and the care our dogs are receiving is OUTSTANDING!!!

My Westie that has been a patient at this facility for about 10 years got out of my yard and lost. Someone took Henry to All Creatures and they didn't know who he was and had never seen him before...."All Wesite's look alike". A pediatrician knows you child.....you go to a vet so they know your pet and they didn't know Henry after 10 yearsl I continued to go to them since he was old, then he had a seizure at the clinic when I picked him up....still waiting for a call about that with a suggestion of medicine or what to do. There was a sweet vet tech that helped me and told me a "doctor" would be in touch with what I thought would be a plan for my dogs seizures.....they don't care.....they just shuffle them in and out with no concern for the animals.......I'm still waiting for a call that I will ever receive!

I have used this Animal Hospital for at least 15 years and have recently had 3 bad experiences in the last 6 months. I will not continue using them.
The first experience was boading my 5 lb 14 year old dog a number of times this fall. When I would take her home she would be unable to walk for two days. She apparently chewed the pads off of her back feet due to stress. The first time I thought that they had put her feet in a caustic solvent and when I call them to let them know about it. I was only able to speak to the receptionist. She told me she would talk to the doctor and get one to call me but they did not. How do you not notice that a dog is chewing their feet? It shows that there is no care given at this animal care center. This same dog developed dog dementia and when we felt that her quality of life was not good we decided to euthanize her. I made an appointment to take her in to have her euthanized at All Creatures and my husband took her in. The sat him in a room waiting for the doctor for 30 minutes. It's hard enough to come to that decision to put down the pet you've loved for over a decade but to have to sit and wait for the procedure for that length of time is cruel. When an appointment is made to do a procedure like that then there should be no waiting. The doctor should promptly come in and do the procedure..
Recently I had a bad experience with my cat. I took him in for an allergy shot. They were concerned that he had lost too much weight in the last year. He had lost 1 lb and he is 17.5 years old. I think that is typical of an elderly patient. I left him one day during the week and per the doctors instruction picked him up the next day. When I got him home he could not lift his neck. Apparently they had strained his neck muscles when pulling blood. I took him back in the next morning. Very upset that my pet had been injured.. I had to wait an hour for the doctor to get to the hospital and come into the room. Even though there were other doctors present in the clinic. Very unprofessional treatment of a client. Ultimately they would not admit to the muscle strain of his neck but made an attempt to suggest that his potassium level was low and that would caused his problem. Now 5 days later he is starting to be able to lift his neck up again.
Don't take you pets to this clinic.
