Excellent staff, very skilled with animals who have fear of new people and other animals. They also explain the why and how of all the procedures and tests that they feel are needed, but don't pressure.

Chip took care of my dog when he got sick last year. I thought Puppet was having complications from eating and swallowing a rawhide. When describing his symptoms over the phone, Chip said it was undoubtedly parvo, and said he needed to come in right away. The test confirmed it. It was strange seeing Puppet so lethargic, as he is normally a very high energy dog who practically bounces off the walls. Chip saved his life, and Puppet was back to his old self much quicker than expected.

This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. They consoled me when I was upset and even gave me a hug. I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. There is no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here because food and water are always made available for them. They have bowls all over the office just in case your pet decides it needs a quick nibble of food or sip of water.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
