Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

No, they didn't even attempt to explain

They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. $ 600 for a drug test! Really! My insurance would not pay for it. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They barely gave me any information at all. If you have a prescription for any controlled substance like ADD meds they charge you for a office visit each time, You can be called in for a pill count and they charge you for an office visit. What a rip off!

I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. The office was easy enough to find. When Yolanda M. Johnson, FNP-C was there, everything was great. Not a problems at all, but no sooner than she left, things went downhill fast. I stopped getting pertinent information but mainly they went from being friends to a want to be military type installation. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I'm going to find another. Plz look long and hard before choosing this one.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I will absolutley hate to see Yolanda Johnson , FNP-C, go. I miss her already.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to go to another office to be seen. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me at all and didn't answer my questions. I left this office in tears. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
