I had an emergency on a weekend and I called the office and got her cell phone number, she met me at the office and treated my dog. Dr. Germain is great, she has saved 2 of my dogs life, She is really great

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of my animals. I had a great experience and Dr. St. Germain is a compassionate and capable veterinarian.

It is a one woman office and she is is often over the top with clients. The examining room at the office was pretty clean, but I felt like they could have been cleaner. There was a hint of some smell and clutter and I am in hopes they will consider getting someone in to help clean once in a while. The parrot 's cage needs cleaning too and contributes to the smell - still Dr.St. Germaine is a capable and caring vet and I wouldn't go any place else.
