Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. They consoled me when I was upset and even gave me a hug. I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good. Thanks to their exceptional level of care that they always offer here my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives. My pets have never been misdiagnosed and I strongly recommend them to anyone who loves their pets.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. I will refer my friends and family here.I have never had a bad experience.

There is not a clinic or animal hospital I can think of that could match the unbelievable care and concern that Dr Oldham and his incredibly capable staff show to my pets and others without effort every single day~ they TRULY care about their clients. Knowledge is important, but so is "bedside manner"- my dogs actually are happy when they go to see "Dr. Mark and the girls" - there's never any anxiety, and no matter how busy the office is, everyone gets individual attention- another really impressive thing is you're NEVER rushed by the doctor or his staff- you have questions, issues, they listen- they're not about fitting 10 appointments onto an hour- basically, they're amazing- even If I moved off Cape, I'd travel back to see them!!!

No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet

No, my pet seems to love it here and is never anxious to leave

Love, love Dr. Oldham and the crew at Mashpee Vet. Moved a bit further from their office but still go there because of the great care and concern shown by dogs. Always a positive experience.
