I am giving the five stars for Dr. Kirby. The office staff are friendly and helpful when you are standing in front of them. The problem is the phones are rarely answered telling you that there is a high volume of calls. The message tells you to contact by message on the site. You have a code to put in that shows you are not a robot and over and over it tells you that you are putting in the wrong code when I am not. When your message finally says it was submitted you get No response back. I sent two messages that were Never answered . Thank you for your concern. My Little Angel was put to sleep at the Animal Emergency and Referral Clinic on Tuesday night by the kindess most compassionate vet and technicians.
We will be getting a new puppy soon, but will look elsewhere and I really don’t want to. You won’t miss us because you had to ask her name every time. We came regularly to have her nails clipped.

Dr Kirby, the other Dr's he has now and has had in his practice in the past, have always been excellent. The Dr's have always gone above & beyond the call of duty in their care, treatment & explanations. Very fair prices and more often than not, they have been quite generous with samples. They have all been very loving & patient with our pets. His staff is also very caring, friendly & competent. I have, and will continue to, recommend them highly to anyone who loves their 4 legged companions, or any other pet you may have.

Quite simply put: They have more love for their patients (both the children and their owners) than they do for the dollar. The staff is competent, friendly and passionate about the animals they care for. AND, you can really feel comfortable even if you are a Ole Miss, LSU or Bama' fan.

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Yes! It was effortless!

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Yes, I always enjoy my appointments
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
