I was VERY pleased with the service and staff at this clinic!they are so friendly and helpful.I have never seen a Veterinary clinic as clean as they keep this one.It always smells really nice! They always answer my questions if I have one and always give my animals the best of care.By the way they do send out reminder cards, it comes in a magazine.Im sure they dont have the time to sit and write out a reminder card for each client and patient.If you have a question you have to ask or they wont know you have any.I WOULD SAY THE BEST VET I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business and take a proactive approach to my pet. Their staff was OK until I discussed my difficulties in treatment and communications and did not send records as requested on first phone call to another vet., I didn't feel welcome there. Compared to other veterinarians in the area their pricing seemed average, but I'm not sure I got my money's worth either. I was disappointed that their staff don't explain treatments or procedures until pressed to answer questions. My dog had parasites but they didn't attempt to diagnose until I asked them to despite them knowing of issue on previous visit. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't like discussing options and procedures at all for well being of all my pet's issues. I know the treatment was old standard, but newer better procedures are practiced at other clinics. Their procedure was done backwards. They don't seem to be up on the latest research.

Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. I really wish they would send out reminder cards so I wouldn't forget when my pets annual exam was. I've asked them to do it in the past but they always seem to forget and it is kind of frustrating. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. The Dr. said my sick cat probably had a hair ball..well he died a week later! When I called to tell them he wasn't any better the receptionist said shed tell the Dr. but I never got a call from him to see how my cat was doing!
