Great vet clinic. Been taking my animals there for decades. Friendly, through, and not very competitive prices. They treat animals, and owners, like family.

I always refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They always explain all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything is explained in detail, all my questionsare answered, and I feel a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. We started taking our cats and dogs to them years ago. I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are very caring with your animals and you just know they love your animal as much as you do ! They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their office is comfortable and never smells bad like some places do. Both vets in this office will take very good care of your animals and make sure you understand what is going on. Very caring staff also !

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. My family and I think the world of the staff at Cold Springs. They have helped us get, love and care for multiple pets. We have brought rescued animals in and they have helped us nurse them back to health when others would have suggested to just put them down. The love, care and detail in their help worked towards saving animals lives. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
