They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once.
