took my golden retriever here for his yearly check up and he was also boarded here for 3 days while my family and I were out of town. I thought it was wonderful that they bathe your dog if he or she was boarded here for 3 or more days. I received a call on the 3rd day that my dog was going to be bathe and to pick him up at noon. to my surprise, when I went to pick my dog up, I was informed that he was not bathed because he was too heavy, a big boy and they couldn't lift him. Really??? this was unexceptable and not good customer service. My dog should have received his bath regardless of his weight. I don't think I will be taking my dog back. Since Dr. Huizenga left the customer service as well as doctors have gone down hill.

Their pricing is fair and consistent with the market. I had an adequate experience there, after all, it a Vet's office, not a 5-star resort. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They paid close attention to me and my dog, in spite of his bad behavior, all of my questions were answered.

I honestly don't know where "maltese lover" was. The vet's office is handicap accessible. The entrance is a minimum of 3 feet wide and at grade. I been going to this Vet for over 20 years and by and large, the staff has always been attentive and professional. I will absolutely return. I have recommended the Homewood Animal Hospital to others, and they have been pleased with the experience as well

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service
