I will look for a new doctor for this years annual. I have never met or been seen by Dr. Villarreal. Always seen by a nurse practitioner. They are very slow to return your call for prescription refills even when you say you are running out and need a call back. You may get a call back from the nurse in 3 days if you are lucky (recording & front office will tell you 48hrs) but I've always had to call back 3-5 days later and put the same refill authorization request in again.
