There is a specific doctor that works at the Gurnee immeadiate care office on hunt club that will not treat with respect. I am a disabled american with diabetes on top of vision disabilities And Dr. David Thomas walked into my exam room and said I will be rite back and never did. he had me waiting for three hours while my wife and three year old daughter was waiting for me outside. It was not a busy night by any means and every time Me my daughter or wife go in for treatment of a common cold he does the same waiting game every time. Staff refuse to help us cause I guess he is the boss and seeing how I can't drive to my regular doctor while my wife is in college or work I have no choice but to go to a regular hospital. I feel disrespected and discriminated so I will fallow up with the BBB and the disability office that protects my rights as an american
