The entire clinic from doctors to staff are all top notch. We have been going to Walkersville Vet Clinic for quite a while. We have had only the best of care give to our animals given by these folks. Recommend totally...

I LOVE Dr Griffiths. (Actually I love all of the staff & Doctors at the clinic). I find that Dr. Griffiths is very knowledge, well-educated, treats his patients with great compassion and understanding. He empathize with them. He also understands that the anxiety of the "owners". He instinctively knows that his patients are not "animals" to their owners but a part of their family. The treats the "owners" with respect consideration, as do the entire Dr's. & staff.

The staff is conscientious, dedicated, compationate, warm-hearted and just plain NICE.

I cannot say enough good things on how caring and knowledgeable the Walkersville Veterinarian Clinic is

Dr. Griffiths is wonderful. He is so patient with my very large, very anxious dog and he always looks to me as to how we can make each visit as comfortable and safe as possible. For example, he allows me to hold and comfort my pup while he is doing a nail trim or giving shots and he has never forced a muzzle on her (and there has never been an issue). This has not always been my experience elsewhere.
Also, i recently had to put down another one of my dogs. The vet , i believe it was Dr. Joress, was never one i worked with before but she was amazing. Compassionate, patient. And i could tell she genuinely cared. For such an excruciating experience, she made it the best it could have been.
I drive 45 minutes to come here and it is worth it.

We are down in Obx. My boy became very sore in hind quarters. Hecryed while laying down.
I called my vet Walkersville Vet Clinic and to my surprise I was elated. They were able to walk me through steps and directions to support his issues. They piscribed a anti inflammatory pain killer and after 24 hrs is back to his old self.
Thank you Walkersville for you continued care to all animals. I am beside myself with appreciation.

From the front desk to the doctors, the staff here truly cares for your animals as if they are their own. My absolute favorite thing about this practice is their honesty when it comes to diagnosing and treating your pet, as they truly are not out to make you spend as much as money as possible. I recently moved to PA and still travel to Walkersville to take my two dogs here simply because their care is the best. Highly recommend.

Switched to this vet a few years ago for my senior cat of 14years. He had visits from as easy as shots to as extensive as diabetic care and insulin. The staff trained me how to do all his care and were an email or call away if needed. They were fabulous! Oakley "aka" kitty" passed away last December and the staff were tremendously helpful during that difficult time. In January their reference helped me adopt a new cat from a rescue and even then they were very timely and helped speed up the process. Recently my new kitty had an eye injury and received great care from Dr. Griffith at both visits. On top of their dedicated staff, the costs have always remained low. I'm generally always surprised how low our visits are as I would expect them to be more. Just makes the visit less stressful when you can walk out feeling confident in your pets care and not have an empty wallet! HIGHLY recommend this vet office to anyone! And if you are not sure, just call. Judy or any of the other staff members will graciously give their time to answer your questions or address your concerns!

We have been using Walkersville Vet Clinic for nearly 10 years and the service and care they have provided has been excellent. We have had our pets in from something as simple as puppy vaccines to severe illness and emergency surgery. We even had to face the loss of a beloved pet a few years back. We have seen all the doctors in tje practice and have been met with compassionate, expert care the entire way. I completely respect and trust the advice and judgement of these wonderful compassionate caregivers. The office staff is amazing and friendly and treats you like family. In fact, we recently moved almost an hour away and I am still bringing the dogs here. I just dont think I can find better care anywhere else.

Today Sept. 8 2016 is a very sad day for my entire family. Earlier we took are 12 week old German Shepard puppy (Ninja) to have his rear dew claws removed, needless to say we did not expect never to see him again. We were never told of the risk nor anything else besides it is routine. while crying over his small dead body all they could say was sorry. We are so at a loss that my words will never do Ninja justice, but if this can help someone else please ask all the questions and do your research so that you will not lose your family member as we have.ZERO STARS. I highly recommend Walkersville Vet! Their staff is wonderful. We've been using them for our horses and dogs for over 20 years. They've made emergency farm visits and always been there when we've needed them. They're reliable, affordable, and great at what they do!
