Dr. Banks was wonderful at all times, skilled and professional.Max Max lived 14 years strong and Dr. Banks was always there. Many blessings during retirement, he is truly missed.

The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice. As far as boarding facilities go this is one of the better ones that I have seen and I feel confident that the staff takes great care of my pets.They try to make pets feel as safe and comfortable as possible. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care. The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average. Not super deluxe but not horribly uncomfortable either. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
