They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I have gone with family here and when they need to talk to doctor or turn paper work to the doctor the nurses or secretary take a long time to give them the info. I had family waiiting a week to get results when they told her it would only be a couple of days. The people at Plan de salud need to do there jobs or there is going to be consequences. I have to be bold and forward because it has happened before and you guys are still rude and not doing your job, it needs to be dealt with. So I hope you guys start changing. God Bless.
