I had to take my dog here for a "bite wound"... meaning, he was playing with my sister's dog and bit himself, completely puncturing his lip on his canine and getting it impaled there. Everyone was so kind and professional here. I fully trusted the vet and her staff, which I think is saying a lot for only meeting them once. The price was reasonable for an emergency clinic visit. My dog didn't need stitches or anything, just a course of antibiotics. I would definitely take my dogs or cat here again, but hopefully I never need to.

I have had to bring my pets to the Animal Emergency & Referral Center several times throughout the year, and I have always had a great experience based on the circumstances. No one ever wants to have an emergency with their pet, but when it does happen it is good to know that there is a place that is open 24/7 with such kind and caring doctors and staff!

This hospital really cares about their patients! My dog felt right at home despite hating trips to the vet! The staff was as friendly as they come and the place really was spotless. I would recommend anyone who needs help with their pet to go here. Max and I say thanks again!!

I just wanted to say I had the best service when I went to the animal emergency clinic they were kind and caring. They went to work immediatly on my dog that I thought was having a stroke. He is now doing very well and all I can say is Thanks to everyone who made it possible at the emergency clinic

This hospital is very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The doctor gave us options for continue are of our pet.

When my pet was declining in his health I brought him to AERC to have him put too sleep. It was a very difficult time financially, as well as, emotionally for my family and I. The doctors and staff made us feel comfortable and assured us that we were making the right decision. I want to thank AERC for their kindness and compassion.
