Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

This place was awful. The 'assistant' was a high school/college girl who didn't know the answer to any of my questions and she struggled to even get a weight for my dog. She asked irrelevant questions and was pretty awkward. There were other 'assistants' were gathered around the back sink talking bad about another customer when I was there. The doctor pulled out his cell phone and texted someone while we were discussing my pet and to top everything off some 'assistant' came in and basically told me that what I feed my pet isn't good enough and that's what was making her sick, the doctor completely disagreed with her. Why have employees who tell your customer one thing if you don't agree. This place was a wreck and really disorganized and over priced. Never Again.

No! They took my terrified pet to a different room and wouldn't allow me go

Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed

Yes, they could have waited
